Again, don’t go too fast but keep a steady pace of around 60-70% of your max. Pay close attention to how you feel. If you feel discomfort, it is time to stop.

Power Walking

If you don’t have access to a gym, I highly encourage you to do a power walk. Keep a steady speed and walk for between an hour to 90 minutes.

Just as with going to the gym, power walking can also be a wonderful way to drain out glucose from your body so it can enter ketosis.

Benefits Of Lifting Weights

When lifting weights, you will gradually drain out the glucose or glycogen stored in your muscles. When you have these levels depleted, it will become easier for your body to reach ketosis.

Why High-Intensity Workouts Is Not a Good Idea

When you are around 80 to 90% of your max, you may risk over burning when doing a high-intensity workout. It means you will be burning glucose too fast, making the process uncontrollable.

Don’t go that far. Make sure to keep a good pace during your workouts.

I finished your gym, and now you are back home. You are starving at this point. Don’t fall for the temptation of fast carbohydrates in the form of energy drinks, protein bars, or others. It will destroy everything, and you will have to start over another day.

Instead, make a good substantial breakfast, don’t overthink calories, but cut out all carbohydrates. It means no bread, no grains, no oatmeal, yogurt, dairy products, or others. Make sure only to get fat and proteins.

The good thing about the keto diet is that it doesn’t matter whether you have steak or eggs for breakfast; if you get at least 65 to 75% fat and the rest in almost pure proteins, you are fine.
